There's nothing that hasn't already been said about this restaurant - there's a reason it is one of the most popular spots in London! It was my first time trying the Segovia suckling pig and it was one of the best things I've eaten in the past few years. Definitely worth a visit just for that! The pulpo, tortilla and croquetas were also incredible. Should definitely be on everyone's list to visit

Excellent experience! Celebrating the first anniversary with my husband here. We’ve had the authentic pig ears, pepper, and the suckling pig. All very tasty and well presented. Great service too. Everything is great!

We came as walk-ins and were directed to the counter on the ground floor. The staff explained the menu in detail, including the day’s specials. The food was amazing, though I felt the prices were still a bit high. It’s a nice touch that you can watch the food being prepared right in front of you.

Booked the counter on the same day for early dinner. Fantastic service and overall a great experience. Staff knows their menu and explains well. Very good dishes specially the tartare and the octopus. Got a slight issue with the bill as I was overcharged , when rectifying made the same mistake again but at the third attempt got my refund. Bill was not on the cheap side but worth trying at least once.

This is a one star Michelin restaurant. Overall we felt it deserves its accolade. We ordered quite a few of the starters. The prawn croquettes/ croquetas were marvellous. The monkfish tempura was pretty light and the fish was perfectly cooked. One of us was on the fence about trying the pig ears, but in the end we ordered it and it was definitely worth tasting. It's not like they optically will remind you of what you're eating. They are crispy and the quince aioli is very nice! Also, we ordered the razor clams, which were one of the specials. Finally, the seafood rice isn't massive, but is perfect to share between two as it can get too rich we imagine. The Segovian suckling pig is popular and you can get a quarter, half or whole. We actually got an email the evening before that there was a fault with the traditional oven and this might not be available, but it looked like everyone who ordered it whilst we were there got it. We didn't order any desserts, but they kindly brought out a birthday treat plate (a scoop of pineapple sorbet with some chilli and writing in chocolate) anyway. Dessert options included a goat's cheese ice cream with liquorice sauce, which is probably a divisive one. Other choices were more on the sweet side. Our total was 107.86 for 2 people. This included an optional service charge at 14.5%. Amex is accepted. We didn't get any drinks. They take reservations upstairs in El Asador as well as walk-ins for up and down. Friendly staff very welcoming at the entrance of the restaurant. Our table wasn't ready, but we got the option to sit at the bar while waiting. Great variety of delicious drinks, appetizers, and meals on the menu. Drinks were slightly smaller than expected but tasty. Knowledgeable servers with great recommendations for our taste. Food was great tasting with reasonable portions. Reservation is highly recommended.

Amazing experience. We went to celebrate the completion of my PhD. We had to book 2 months in advance but the wait was worth it! Sat upstairs at El Asador, which was very neatly and warmly decorated. Table size was on the cosy side but we didn't mind. We had the pigs' fried ears (my personal favourite), oxtail sandwich, the Pulpo a Feira, quarter of Segovian Suckling Pig and Patatas Mojo Rojo and Mojo Verde. This was a good amount of food for two people with enthusiastic appetites! For dessert we had the chilli pineapple sorbet which was both spicy and sweet. Impeccable service - so many waiters who were all extremely attentive and provided information about the origin and preparation of the dishes. They seemed genuinely proud of the food - and so they should be! They also prepared a little congratulations dessert for me, which was a lovely personal touch. Our compliments to the team at Sabor for an outstanding night!

Sabor is an experience, perhaps not best described as truly “authentic”. The food was tasty, very good quality, interesting, and some dishes I would have again. The waitresses we had were super friendly, lovely and knowledgeable, and made the visit worthwhile. I can describe it as a fun tapas experience in London. The specials on the blackboard tend to be awesome! The monkfish tempura was soooooo nice!!
